Lunchroom Menus
Our Lunchroom Menus are now available online! You can find them on our website or via ParentsWeb in “Resource Documents” under the “School” menu.
Lunch Orders
Paying for lunch couldn’t be simpler! You can sign in to your ParentsWeb account and click on the “Financial” Section on the left menu, as seen highlighted below.
You will then see a “Lunch” account listed under the “Prepay Accounts” section, as highlighted below. Clicking “Add Funds” will let you prepay money into your family’s lunch account, which will then be available to all of your children.
Just like with tuition or incidentals, if you have linked your account to a checking/savings account, there is no fee to transfer funds into this Lunch account. Credit cards will have a transaction fee, which is set by the individual bank and is beyond our control.
Lunch Ordering Process
Lunch is ordered each morning when Attendance is taken. When a student goes through the lunch line, they will enter their PIN number, which will automatically apply the cost to the Prepay Lunch Account. For students arriving after 8:00 am, Mrs. Heather Anderson will take your child’s lunch order when she checks them in.
If an Elementary or High School student brings cash to school to pay for lunch, they will hold the money until lunch time. When going through the line, they will give their money to Mrs. Amber Rathbone. We do not have a full cash register in the Lunchroom, so change cannot be given. However, whatever change is owed can be applied to your Prepay Lunch Account for future use.
