Coach Grimes is in his 13th season as the Torches head varsity basketball coach. A long time member of the TCS high school faculty, Coach Grimes was elevated to Tabernacle Athletic Director prior to the 2024 academic year. The Iowa native and Pensacola Christian College alum has lead the Torches to unprecedented levels of success on the hardwood including a pair of state basketball titles and multiple trips to the ACAA state finals.
